This was a very technology driven show that tried to emphasize how dissociated we can become from the world around us due to media and technology. Our production had bright colorful lights, costumes, and props. One of the largest challenges of this show was keeping the glossy white floor clean and free of scuffs, despite many of the furniture pieces being on wheels. I helped give a final coat of white paint on the deck right before the photo dress, and I helped source and build some of the more complicated props. The show incorporated automations, projections, live feed cameras, mics, and shadow play.

This story had a very touching and relevant message about society's treatment of criminals and the role of theater in rehabilitation. The scenic design tried to emphasize different symbols, patterns, and aspects of culture for the Aboriginal people and early British colonizers in Australia. I worked a lot on the model for this piece, and it was very satisfying creating scale versions of the different textile materials used for this set.

This was one of BU's best productions, since it was produced in a classroom space that we don't usually do full productions in. The BU College of Fine Arts is in an old car sales building, and one of the old showrooms has a stone grand staircase in it. The staircase and the columns in the room lead to amazing opportunities just as much as they make for interesting challenges. This play was selected to be displayed in the Prague Quadrennial USA display. Along with helping build the model, which taught me how to 3d print and laser cut, I helped paint parts of the set, and print out the variety of set decorations and props.
