Alabaster was magical realism play about two women brought together by hard circumstances.The show has a tornado, two talking goats, a lot of photography equipment, and many decorative pieces of art. The main character is a folk art painter, and along with painting a couple of paintings myself, I commissioned other artists to paint a wide range of folk art. The set had some fun painting challenges, such as a sky drop, rusty corrugated metal, and a grass-inspired floor.
