All’s Faire was the world premier of an outdoor traveling musical about solving a crime at a Renaissance Festival. The show had to pack up into a truck each performance, and drive to parking lots and parks around Cincinnati. The props and set had to be easily collapsible and portable by a small team. The props were mostly flat, cartoonish versions of themselves so that they easily fit into a trunk. The set was painted muslin stretched on a pipe and drape system, which fit the tent aesthetic of medieval traveling performers.
